Parenting through conflict | Mothers

Delivered by Dr Mahera Ruby | Author & Family Coach

Conflict within parenting relationships can be one of the hardest challenges to navigate, yet it is also one of the most defining influences on a child's emotional world.

Background

Motherhood is often the emotional anchor of the family. Mothers carry their own upbringing and experiences while also holding responsibility for nurturing their children's sense of safety, confidence, and emotional well-being.

When parenting approaches diverge between partners -whether married, separated, or divorced - conflict frequently emerges, affecting children's emotional health and behaviour patterns.

What you'll learn

In this workshop, mothers will:

Understand why conflict arises in parenting and what contributes to it

Explore how personal upbringing shapes approaches to motherhood

Learn practical ways to respond thoughtfully and not impulsively

Discover techniques to maintain peace and unity in front of children

Build confidence in co-parenting effectively, whether together or apart

This workshop offers a space focused on empowerment and understanding. The aim is to help mothers develop confidence, compassion, and emotional resilience so that their children continue to feel secure and deeply loved regardless of circumstance.

Who should enrol

This workshop is for mothers who want to:

Preserve the heart of the home during challenging times
