Booking and Appointments
Making a Booking
Bookings for sessions, courses, or workshops can be made through our website booking system or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Our Cancellations: In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge for the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for an appointment, the session will end at the scheduled time. You will be charged for the full session duration.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking or before the service is provided, unless otherwise agreed
- We accept payment via our secure online payment system
- All fees are stated in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices may be subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price
Refund Policy
- Course or workshop cancellations with more than 14 days notice: Full refund
- Cancellations with 7-14 days notice: 50% refund
- Cancellations with less than 7 days notice: No refund
- Individual session cancellations: Subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy
- Refunds for services cancelled by us: Full refund provided
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional counselling and therapeutic standards. Information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except in the following circumstances:
- You provide written consent to disclose information
- There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
- There are safeguarding concerns regarding children or vulnerable adults
- We are required by law to disclose information
- For supervision purposes (anonymised and in accordance with professional guidelines)
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
- Attend scheduled appointments on time
- Engage respectfully with practitioners and other participants
- Inform us of any concerns or issues promptly
- Comply with our cancellation and payment policies
- Take responsibility for your own wellbeing between sessions
Limitations and Disclaimers
While we strive to provide high-quality services, you acknowledge that:
- Counselling and coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed
- Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment
- You should seek appropriate medical attention for health concerns
- We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our services
- In emergencies, you should contact emergency services (999) or crisis support services
Online Services
For sessions conducted online:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection
- You should be in a private, confidential space
- Technical issues may occasionally affect service delivery
- We use secure platforms, but cannot guarantee absolute security of online communications
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our courses, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Blooming Families and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.
Course materials provided to participants are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without authorisation.
